We have lost Ed White, advocate, researcher and supporter
We’re extremely sad to share the news that we have lost Ed White, advocate, researcher, supporter and key figure in the psychiatric drug withdrawal movement. Sadly, Ed ended his life on Wednesday 13th October 2021. Despite his own struggle with antidepressant withdrawal, Ed worked tirelessly to support others online and to fight for change for those in psychiatric drug withdrawal. We’d like to share this tribute on Mad in America which says more about Ed’s life and work. We will continue Ed’s work, with his giving and determined spirit in our hearts.
